Earlier tonight, Calvin and I made it out to Suttons Bay to watch the Norsemen JV team take on the Leland Comets. It was a rough start with the Norsemen going down by 10 in the first quarter and both teams were in the bonus within the first 6 minutes of the game. After trailing on the scoreboard for the entire game, the Norsemen battled back to take the lead with only a few minutes left in the game and were able to hold on to win. Great game guys!

Last night Suttons Bay took on McBain at home. The Ramblers came to town determined and came out on top. It was still an entertaining, fun game though. Looking forward to the game against Leland.

Made the trip up to Petoskey to see the Norsemen Scrimmage Petoskey and St. John. Should be fun to get out and see some good games this winter!

Basketball – Suttons Bay vs. Bridgman Varsity

Last night I got to experience a small piece ofi history when I watch Suttons Bay make their first ever appearance at the Breslin Center in East Lansing to challenge the Varsity squad from Bridgman. It was a fun game to watch. This was the State Semi-Final game, and with the Win, the Norsemen move on to the Finals tomorrow where they will do battle with the Melvindale Academy for Business and Technology to see who takes home the State Title. Good luck tomorrow guys. You’ve had a fantastic season and you’ve been fun to watch! THANKS!
